Bio
Scarlett is an AEA actress, singer, and dancer based in New York City, most recently seen as Karen Smith (u/s Regina George) in Mean Girls at The Cape Playhouse. She has a soft spot for characters who are bubbly, vivacious, and just a little bit ridiculous—and loves using physical comedy to bring them to life and to keep them totally human.
A lifelong performer, Scarlett got her start at age 7 with an appearance on Sesame Street before playing Young Fiona in the Broadway 1st National Tour of Shrek the Musical. Scarlett earned her BFA in Musical Theatre at the University of Miami, where she was a Presidential Scholar and LINK alum (Class 5), and has since made New York City home—although she often sticks out on the subway in her big pink coat.
Offstage, Scarlett works in personal styling at LoveShackFancy and loves nothing more than a good outfit, a good meal, and a table full of friends. She also frequently brings Azalea, her parents’ 95-pound rescue dog, into NYC. Despite being significantly smaller than her canine companion, Scarlett remains convinced that she is the one taking Azalea for a walk.
Scarlett loves making people feel their best, whether that’s through a great outfit, a good laugh, or a story worth telling—and is always looking for the little things that make a person, or a character, feel completely themselves.
